Delivery Information

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.



Our Postage Pricing Zones

We've divided the whole of the UK and Ireland into five Pricing Zones. Here are Zones A-E broke down.

ZONE A All postcodes in England and Wales
ZONE B DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 &KA28), KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3
ZONE C AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to 28, IV30 to 32, IV36 to 40, IV52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41,
PH49 to PH50, Northern Ireland
ZONE D HS, IV41 to 49, IV51, 55 &56, KA27 & 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE, Isle of Man, Channel Islands
ZONE E Republic of Ireland

Please note that free delivery applies to Zone A & B only. Additional postage charges apply to Zones C-E. Delivery rates for Northern Island, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can be found in our delivery rates table. Please contact us to confirm delivery costs before purchasing for all other areas outside Zones A & B.


Products up to 2kgs

Royal Mail First Class
Orders sent out the first-class are usually delivered the next working day. If you require your parcel sent recorded or special delivery then please contact us for a quote.

Products between 2kgs and 30kgs

You will be notified by email when your parcel has been despatched from the BS4U. On the day  of the delivery, a specific time frame will be given to you by text if the mobile number is given.

If you are not in to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card and try to re-deliver the next day. If you are still not in, the item will be returned to your local depot where it is kept for 72hrs to be collected. If you are still unable to collect the parcel, it will be returned to BS4U.

Orders up to 30KG are sent with either Parcelforce or DHL/DPD and arrive within 2·3 working days. If you require, a next day delivery service then please contact us for a quote.

Lost Parcel?

Royal Mail has a policy on lost items and unless you are not home and the item has been returned to the depot, you will need to contact them to find out where the parcel has gone. Their policy on lost items is second to none and Is highlighted below:

"If your mail gets lost, we'll give you a minimum compensation of 12 first class stamps. However, if there was something of value in your mail, we'll refund the actual loss, up to a maximum value of 100 first class stamps or up to the market value, whichever is the smaller amount. Please apply for this within 12 months. Please note that we do not pay compensation without an original certificate of posting being produced. When you send your standard parcel. you can choose to pay for extra compensation at up to £100, £250 or £500." www.royalmail.com
